Your engagement process

We will call you the day before your appointment to confirm the time, date and the advisor you’ll be meeting. We will also give you information about what to bring to your first appointment, for example, details of bank accounts and information relating to investments you currently hold.

When you arrive at the ROPAN offices you’ll be welcomed by our front-of-house staff and invited to relax in our comfortable reception area. During the appointment a key part of our role will be getting to know you – so we understand more about your needs, and you understand more about the services we offer. We strongly encourage open communication and guarantee all conversations with our Advisors are treated with the utmost privacy and discretion.
